Story Consultation
Sometimes you know something isn't working but can't see what. Story consultation is a thinking-partner service — for writers at any stage who need an outside eye on the big picture: structure, character, theme, pacing, and whether the story you're telling matches the one you mean to tell.

How does it work?
Sessions are conducted online — video, audio, or text, whichever works best for you — via Teams, Google Meet, WhatsApp, Docs, or email. Before we begin, I ask that you send me a brief overview of what you're working on or what's on your mind. This helps me come prepared and make the most of our time.
An initial meeting is available if you'd like to talk through your project, a specific writing challenge, or get a sense of my methodology before committing — but it isn't required. If you're ready to get started, we can jump right in.

Screenwriting
Screenwriting is a craft with its own rules, rhythms, and industry expectations. I work with screenwriters on everything from early concept to submission-ready draft — offering story notes, structural feedback, and line-level polish that keeps your voice intact and your pages moving.

About
Growing up in Los Angeles, I came to storytelling through screenwriting — learning early that structure and voice aren't separate things, they're the same thing. I later earned my BA in creative writing with an emphasis in editing and story development, and spent years in varied writing circles where constructive critique wasn't just a skill, it was the currency.
A good editor can fix what's visible. A great one notices what's missing, misaligned, or underdeveloped — and helps bring it into focus. That's the work I'm here to do.
Good storytelling deserves honest eyes. I edit and develop with care, clarity, and insight. I grasp where writers are and what they're reaching toward, and I help them get there.
